For the thermal vacuum test we've visited ZARM in Bremen. During the test we have verified the functionallity of our experiment in low temperature and vacuum conditions.

A lot of work went into designing the custom pcb for our experiment. Especially because no one in our team had a clue about electronics before the project started.

The launch campaign will take place in the end of September 2021. Another milestone will be the vacuum test in Bremen, which will take place in August.

Due to the Corona virus pandemic the launch campaign has to be postponed. Even though this is sad news, we now have more time to work on our experiment.

After hours of work our X-winder is finally standing in all its glory, The winder will help us to create fibre structures.

Christmas came early for MASS members. Even though our experiment got shifted to BEXUS everyone is very happy. The change gives us new boundery conditions to work with.

On our way to Bonn we've seen this Saturn V at a resting stop near Nürnberg. Hopefully this is a good sign and will bring us good luck and success.

Only 2 more days until we will face the experts of the DLR, the entire team is working hard to fix last issues.

Today we have finally received the email we've been anticipating for weeks. We have been invited to the REXUS/BEXUS selection workshop in Bonn. A lot more work has to be done to convince the experts at the "Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt (DLR)" of the validity regarding our experiment.

After countless hours of work, we finally managed to finish our REXUS/BEXUS proposal for Cycle 13. This marks the beginning of our journey.
